About CEQWA
CEQWA (Central Excise Quarters Residents Welfare Association) is a residents’ welfare association serving the community of Central Excise Quarters, CSEZ P.O., Kakkanad, Kochi.
The association brings together residents and families living in the quarters with a common purpose — to build a safe, clean, well-organised and harmonious residential community.
CEQWA provides a platform for residents to work collectively on matters concerning the welfare and development of the quarters, while maintaining effective communication with the concerned authorities and supporting a positive community environment.

Our Community
Central Excise Quarters has been home to generations of government employees and their families. Residents associated with Central GST, Central Excise, Customs and other government departments form part of this diverse community.

CEQWA Club is the community and social space of the Central Excise Quarters Residents Welfare Association (CEQWA), CSEZ P.O., Kakkanad, Kochi.
Created as a platform for residents and families, CEQWA Club brings people together beyond the day-to-day responsibilities of residential life. It aims to encourage friendship, participation, recreation and a strong sense of community among residents.
